The 3rd National Confederate Flags is sometimes also called the Blood-Stained Banner. This is the third and last design adopted for the National Flag of the Confederacy. It was used in 1865 and based off the Second CSA National Flag (used since 1863) which was the same design, but without the large vertical red stripe on the fly-end.
