What size flag(s) should I purchase?

The general rule for selecting the appropriate size flag is that it should be between 1/4 to 1/3 the height of the flagpole. For example a 20' flagpole flying one flag should have a 3'x5' flag. A 25' flagpole flies a minimum 4'x6' flag, 30' flagpole flies a 5'x8' or 6'x10' flag, and 35' flagpole should fly a 6'x10' flag. The most common flag size for use at a residence is 3'x5' and sometimes 4'x6'. Most businesses, schools and institutions fly flags either 5'x8', 6'x10', 8'x12' or larger. How long will my flag last?

Our years of experience have taught us that this is a difficult question to answer accurately. First and foremost our flags are made using only first-rate, top quality materials in our manufacturing processes for long-term use. How long your flag(s) will last is determined by several variables such as the weather and the care that you give to it. A flag should never be flown in extreme weather conditions like heavy rain or storms; and never store or fold a wet flag. We recommend inspecting your flag occasionally for signs of wear or fraying and making any necessary repairs. Doing these few things will greatly extend the life of your flag(s).

Can I fly two or more flags on one flagpole?

Yes. In most cases you can fly two, sometimes more, flags from the same flagpole. Our recommendation is to use common sense. Only you know if the flagpole you have will handle two or more flags. Remember not to leave your flags out in extreme weather conditions. Also no flag should be larger then the U.S. flag.

Will my flag look exactly as it appears on-line?

Yes, your flag(s) should look just as they appear on-line. We make every effort to provide our on-line customer with the most accurate pictures and information. Our flag designs are fully researched and are accurate to their individual specifications. Keep in mind that shading in computer screens can vary so there may be a small difference in shading on occasion. When will my order be shipped?

We strive to ship out order as fast as possible. Most orders ship the very same day or within 24 hours after they are placed. Large outdoor flagpole orders ship within 1 week due to motor freight truck pick-up schedules.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

Only orders shipping to customers in Pennsylvania are charged the current state sales tax rate of 6% on taxable items. There is no sales tax on orders shipping to other states.

What is your return policy?

Your full satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused merchandise for a refund. Prior written authorization is required from a representative of Champion Flags, Inc. before any returned items will be accepted. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We are proud to have one of the fastest turnaround times with most orders shipping the same day or within 24 to 48 hours after they are placed. Orders shipping standard UPS Ground and US Priority Mail from our distribution centers are typically delivered anywhere from 1 to 5 business days depending on the delivery location. We always try to ship your order from the nearest distribution center to make delivery within only a few days. Rush or express orders placed via telephone, which are needed overnight, will be shipped accordingly to ensure the requested delivery date and time.
